Our Story

Nick Martschenko is a Connecticut-based restaurateur and the founder of SERG Hospitality, the group behind the South End and Uncorked restaurant concepts. He established South End in New Canaan as a modern tavern that quickly became a neighborhood staple, and later expanded with Uncorked—an elevated, fast-casual concept centered around a curated wine experience. His growing portfolio includes locations in New Canaan and Georgetown, Connecticut, with a new Uncorked location set to open in Stamford.

Through SERG Hospitality, Martschenko focuses on building community-driven dining experiences that combine quality, consistency, and innovation. With a hands-on leadership style and a sharp eye for scalable concepts, he continues to expand his presence across Fairfield County while maintaining a strong connection to the local communities his restaurants serve.

Electrifying taste buds since 2010.
